Raoul Sandner
Born in 1965 and married, 2 children, Mr. Sandner studied law at the universities of Saarbrücken, Hamburg and Vienna. Admitted to the bar in 1997, he is a member of the Hanseatic Bar Association of Hamburg and the German Association for Industrial Property and Copyright. He began his career in the telecommunications industry as an in-house staff lawyer of the Talkline GmbH & Co.KG, where he recently headed the areas of law and regulation with a portfolio of over 80 German, Community and IR trademarks. In 2001, he became independent and founded his own firm. As a Certified Specialist for Intellectual Property Law, Raoul Sandner is a recognized expert in the field of trademark law. He has extensive litigation experience.

Martin Donandt
Born in 1972 and married, 1 child, Mr. Donandt trained as a banker with the Deutsche Bank AG. He then studied law at the University of Konstanz and the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand and received an Honors Degree with a Masters of Law. He has also successfully completed the postgraduate course in Business Law at the University of Hamburg. In 2005, he was admitted by the Hamburg Hanseatic Bar Association to the legal profession. In March 2009 Martin Donandt was awarded the title of "Certified Specialist for Intellectual Property Law" by the Hanseatic Bar Association of Hamburg. One of the specialties in his consulting work is the area of trademark law.
